The activist group behind freetheanimals.com is the Monkeys—there's a post on the site about freeing goats at Hyde Park, which the "Shifting Tactics" article credits the Monkeys for.

The Monkeys successfully freed animals at Riverside zoo on September 15th (see the posts on their website). We know the group planned to meet at 5pm at the access gate near the lemur enclosure (see Task 1—Time & Location of Animal Save).

Read the Evidence Collection Form from Part 4 carefully.

The evidence collection form from part 4 says an animal enclosure was tampered with on September 15th and that only zoo staff can open access gates after 4:45PM. The Monkeys tampered with the lemur enclosure after 4:45PM (and did so via an access gate, which is where they met). We can infer that at least one member of the Monkeys is a staff member at Riverside zoo.

When was Calvin's killer acccounted for? Check the control room log .

The control room log shows Calvin's killer entered the tiger control room at 4:50PM and left at 4:55PM.

Who are the leaders of the Monkeys? Read the "Zookeeper Mauled" article.

The leaders of the Monkeys are "Leopard" and "Butterfly".

Examine the Footprints Note, the necklace, and the resealable pouch (from Part 4) carefully. Who wrote the note? Who does the necklace belong to? Who does the resealable pouch belong to?

"B" wrote the Footprints note to "L". The note says that B is going to be late and L shouldn't wait. The note is dated September 15th—the day of the lemur animal save. Notice that the leaders of the Monkeys are "Butterfly" and "Leopard" and the Footprints Note is between "B" and "L".

If you're not sure who the necklace belongs to, examine the Scent Enrichment Guide that was found in the same locker as the necklace. Pay attention to the note on the back of the guide,

If you're not sure who the pouch belongs to, examine the notes (Black Bear feeding notes) that were found inside the pouch and the Staff Schedule.

The staff schedule shows that the notes inside the resealable pouch line up with Tiana's schedule for September 15th.

The resealable pouch is Tiana's.

If you're not sure who the necklace belongs to, examine the Employee Medical Information carefully.

The employee medical information shows that Rachel takes the same type of medication mentioned on the back of the scent enrichment guide. The scent enrichment guide was found in the same locker as the necklace.

The necklace is Rachel's.

The Monkeys' website mentions all members received globe keychains. There's a globe keychain in Tiana's pouch. Tiana is a member of the Monkeys.

Think back to the monkey figurine that was found in the green pouch in Part 2. In one of Calvin's notes, he mentions Rachel dropping a green pouch. The Shifting Tactics article mentions the Monkeys leave monkey figurines behind. Rachel is also a member of the Monkeys.

The leaders of the Monkeys are Leopard and Butterfly . Rachel and Tiana are members of the Monkeys. Rachel has a butterfly necklace, and Tiana has a leopard print resealable pouch.

Rachel is Butterfly and Tiana is Leopard.

What else has leopard print on it?

If you need help confirming a suspect's alibi, check the map.

Tiana can be ruled out because she has an alibi for when the killer was in the tiger control room. Tiana dropped her leopard print headband at an access gate near the lemurs sometime between 4:50PM to 5:00PM. Calvin's killer was in the tiger control room from 4:50PM to 4:55PM. The map shows Tiana couldn't have been in the tiger control room at this time (it's too far).

We know the headband is Tiana's because Tiana is "Leopard"—a leader of an activist group nicknamed the Monkeys. Tiana has a leopard print pouch (which we know is hers because the black bear feeding talk notes in the pouch match Tiana's schedule). Additionally, Tiana's globe keychain (also in her pouch) confirms her membership in the Monkeys.
